Long weekend (early out tomorrow and no school on Monday)
HONORS~
Today we had a short discussion of the book and proceeded to start working on Literary Theory presentations. We will be presenting our critical analysis/literary theory presentations on Tuesday next week. Students had the rest of the block to work on reading The Book of Lost Things and completing presentations.
MASS MEDIA~
Today we continued working on our interview projects. Students should compete storyboards and script before beginning to film. Be sure that you let your interviewee know the topic of the interview but you should not reveal the actual questions you will be asking. We will use today and tomorrow as workdays and our goal will be to post the final products to our weebly sites on Tuesday next week.
ENGLISH 10~
Now that we are finished with our Crucible tests, we will begin writing our first paper. Please see the handout on the Crucible page regarding the final paper. Remember, your goal will be to find different themes within the play and make a connection to what Arthur Miller went through in the 1950s. We will have today and tomorrow as workdays to find quotes and work on
