Wednesday, January 18th

1/19/2012

ENGLISH 10~
We started watching A Time to Kill.

DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP~
Today we focused primarily on working on our websites.  Please be sure to check the final projects link under the Digital Citizenship tab to ensure that you are creating all of the correct content.  We also spent some time talking about "doing the basics" and going "above and beyond" for the project.  Simply creating the pages and writing content will only get a mediocre grade.  The concept for the websites is to show how you can create something to be your own.  You need to personalize your webpage as much as possible and go beyond the "basics" of the website.  The final websites will be due on Friday (end of the quarter).

Tuesday, January 17th

1/17/2012

ENGLISH 10~
We finished taking essay tests and handed in permission slips to watch the movie A Time to Kill (We will be watching this in class starting tomorrow).  We then concluded the day by watching the rest of the To Kill a Mockingbird video.

DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP~
We finished presenting our teaching/learning videos and went to the computer lab to work on our websites (1st block watched 2 of the Drama II shows instead of going to the lab).
